These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether as a patient, visiting user, healthcare practitioner, clinic, or hospital) and DocClix Health Technologies ("DocClix," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing our website (docclix.ai), mobile portals, or SaaS growth software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Scope of Platform Services
DocClix operates as an intermediary technology infrastructure platform providing:
- check_circle Healthcare Discovery: Search engine facilitating patient discovery of verified doctors, dental clinics, specialty centers, and hospitals.
- check_circle Practice AI & SEO Tools: Structured Schema.org deployment, Google Business Profile management, and generative AI search indexing (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) for medical practitioners.
- check_circle Practice Management & Scheduling: Doctor appointment scheduling calendars, reception QR codes, and review response workflows.
Important Medical Disclaimer
DocClix does not practice medicine, dispense clinical advice, or establish a doctor-patient relationship directly. Any professional medical consultation, diagnostic opinion, or prescription is provided solely and independently by the licensed healthcare practitioner you consult.
Doctor Accounts & Credentials
Practitioners registering on DocClix agree to the following conditions:
- check_circle License Verification: You warrant that you hold a valid, active medical license registered with the National Medical Commission (NMC), State Medical Council, or relevant statutory body in India.
- check_circle Information Accuracy: You agree to maintain accurate consultation timings, fees, specialization credentials, and clinic address details.
- check_circle Review Autonomy: Doctors have final approval authority over all AI-drafted review replies and promotional materials prior to public posting.
Patient Bookings & Conduct
Patients utilizing DocClix for discovery and appointments agree that:
- check_circle Authentic Contact Info: You will provide accurate mobile phone numbers and email addresses to receive valid consultation tokens and confirmations.
- check_circle Punctuality & Cancellations: If unable to attend a scheduled consultation, you should cancel or reschedule in advance to free clinic slots for urgent patients.
- check_circle Consultation Fees: Professional consultation fees are determined solely by the respective clinic or hospital and paid directly as per clinic policy.
Subscriptions, Plans & Billing
Doctor growth plans (Onboard, Starter, Growth, Elite) and add-on tools are subject to the following billing policies:
- check_circle Pricing Tiers: Current pricing is published on our Plans & Pricing page. All displayed plan fees are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated.
- check_circle 60-Day Upgrade Adjustment: When starting with the Onboard plan (₹1,999), your full ₹1,999 onboarding fee is credited against any annual plan if you upgrade within 60 calendar days.
- check_circle 30-Day Free Trial: Trial periods provide full feature exploration without credit card requirements. Continued usage after 30 days requires plan activation.
Intellectual Property & Content
All proprietary algorithms, website design, trademarks, software code, schema architectures, and educational visual assets are the exclusive intellectual property of DocClix.
Doctors retain full ownership of their personal trademarks, clinic logos, and original clinic photography uploaded to the platform, granting DocClix a non-exclusive license to format and syndicate these assets across Google and AI search engines as authorized.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, DocClix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from clinical decisions, patient-doctor disputes, or temporary third-party API interruptions (such as Google or Bing algorithm updates).
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
